Holiday Club
FHMN qualifies for a UK Government grant for 3 and 4 year olds. The grant covers up to 5 sessions of 2.5 hours per week. FHMN qualifies for a UK Government grant for 3 and 4 year olds. The grant provides free early years education for 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. There are no additional charges for this core free entitlement.

As a requirement for obtaining the grant, our Nursery is inspected by the Office of Standards in Education (OFSTED) approximately every 4 years.

Over the years, FHMN has worked closely with the Local Education Authority (LEA) in Oxford to achieve a balance between Montessori teaching practice and the Early Learning Goals as defined by the Department for Education and Employment (DfEE).

We will be pleased to provide you with a copy of the most recent OFSTED report (October 2007), in which the quality of the provision was rated as being "good" in all 17 assessment areas.
